I believe my item is team issued (not game used), do you provide a discount for team issued submissions?

Yes, we provide a discount for items being submitted as team issued and not game used. (Items submitted for team issued authentication will not receive a grade higher than a team issued designation.)
Are items submitted for game used/team issued authentication also submitted for photo matching?

No, we only provide the service paid for. If you are interested in photo matching, there would be an additional service fee.
Do you photo match non-sports items?

Yes! We've done movie memorabilia, celebrity outfits, historical artifacts, and more. If an item can be matched to a photo, we will do our best to find it.
What do Sports Investors Authentication letters represent?

Our letters represent the findings of our research and our opinion based on those findings at the time of submission.
Should I resubmit an item for photo matching that has already been submitted to you for photo matching?

We are always receiving new photos into our databases, so there is always a chance a new photo can surface that will match your item.
What paperwork comes with the authentication service?

All items that pass authentication will receive a letter of authenticity. If we are unable to authenticate an item, no paperwork will be given.
